7. That's a lot of Gussying.

They showed the stands. They were within sight of the presidential reviewing stands. It was about a half hour after Bush* walked past to his climate controlled reviewing stand.

If they weren't dressed for the weather, they must have been cold. I heard it took nearly two hours to get through security.

11. My guess is that they were part of the parade and came near the

end, so they were allowed to sit and watch to fill in seats while the camera was rolling
