Iran Petition passes 1900 signatures.

On day 5 of it's existance the No War in Iran petition has passed the 1900 signature mark. I'm hoping to get to 10,000 signatures fairly quickly. The petition reads

To:  United Nations General Assembly

We, the undersigned, urge you, the members and officers of the United Nations General Assembly, to pass a resolution against and to use all of your diplomatic and political powers to prevent an attack on the sovereign nation of Iran by the United States of America and/or her allies.

While it is unlikely that the UN will actually do anything at this point, the signatories to this petition come from (literally) all over the planet - have a look at the signatures if you have time and sends a clear message from the very beginning that there will be massive international opposition to such a war. Some of the NeoCons have started signing it just to make racist, anti-muslim and homophobic statements. Don't let them speak for the US when this is read at the UN. Please consider signing if you haven't and please pass it along to others who might be interested.

I've posted this on a few forums, hopefully i've gotten a few people to sign.

Nearly 2000 signatures in 5 days isn't bad, but I'm running out of people to tell and places to post it.
