basically implying that * had "gone down in flames" on a tax reform issue. and * jumped in and said I don't think you call a billion dollar tax cut flames. Then said you aren't a senior citizen, but you are acting like one, you know faulty memory... then he caught himself and went to the next question. it was pathetic.

there's a point (shortly after) where he appears to forget what he was saying and for about 15 seconds either says nothing or stutters and stammers!
