Chimpy exhibiting effects of long-term cocaine abuse?
Chimpy yesterday was at his very worst. Some here are trying to explain it away but I have always wondered what the long-term effect of cocaine use is on a person?

Does anyone know and do you think that has anything to do with his apparent lack of communication skills, stupidity and other annoying habits of his?

Or is he just plain stupid and ignorant?

3. and alcohol
i doubt the man ever completely cleaned up his act, especially now that even he's proclaiming he's put on a few pounds

his speech is slurred, his eyes dart around -- he's a classic case of extreme ADD

coincidentally, ADD has a LOT to do with predisposition towards addictive behavior. why is this facet of his personality never discussed?
