Krugman asks why media allows RNC to lie about Clark
"Meanwhile, the lying has already begun, with the Republican National Committee's willful misrepresentation of Wesley Clark's prewar statements. (Why are news organizations letting them get away with this?)"

3. Yes he would. But then, no he wouldn't.
O'Reilly would simply "cut his mic". I would love to see these two in an open forum. Krugman's assault on O'Reilly could be termed "sadistic", but then a little sadistic education never hurt anybody.

4. Media? RNC? I thought they were one and the same!
The media convinced people that Gore invented the internet, a total distortion of what Gore had said, all the while replaying the video of Gore at a Buddhist Temple.

10. We need to start fighting back - flood them with complaints, letters to
the editor. If the freepers can get the Reagan mini-series cancelled we can surely force them to stop fabricating things. It would be nice if some organization like moveon.org would start doing more of this type of thing...
