After the Condi vote and not standing up with Boxer on the election I was getting kind of pissed at him.

Russ has always said that he thinks the president should get to pick his own cabinet. That it is a right that goes with winning the election. So, in essence, Russ was making a pretty bold statement by voting against Gonzalas. That and he hates beaners.
