YES!
Bush's speech was historic in its message of freedom. Abroad, America will fight terror by promoting the spread of liberty and democracy. At home, Bush pledged to revamp Social Security by giving people a choice to invest. Bush's speech was visionary!


NO!
Despite the success of the Iraqi elections, Bush has refused to provide an exit strategy for Iraq. His plan to overhaul Social Security requires $1 trillion in funds that the government doesn't have. Bush's grandiose words are built upon empty promises!
