Clark's "Win without Delay" Fundraiser!
"Today on Meet The Press, when asked about General Clark's criticism of the Bush Administration's failure to capture Osama bin Laden and his stance on the war in Iraq, Congressman Tom DeLay replied, "Unfortunately Wesley Clark must live in a different world."

Indeed, Wes Clark does live in a different world. He lives in a world where he believes that America should be a respected leader in the global community, where our military might should be matched by our compassion, and where our leaders should be held accountable for their actions"

-snip-

"We could ask you to flood DeLay's office with emails, calls and letters. Instead, we're asking you to show our collective strength and effect change today. Only you can provide the fuel our campaign needs for the New Year, in New Hampshire and beyond.

Here's what you can do today to respond to Congressman DeLay. Help put an end to the misinformed, fearful Republican style of rhetoric, and put Wes Clark in the White House in 2004."

I love it! :bounce:

2. I'm glad you found this...
More from the site:

"The Republican strategy is clear. DeLay's attack was expected, and more will come. But by attacking Wes Clark, DeLay and other Republicans accomplish nothing, ignore the facts and disrespect American voters. Today, and throughout this holiday season, each of us must take action to defuse the anger, uncover the lies and present a positive vision for America's future."

I love it! I just gave to Clark's campaign last week. Maybe I'll donate again, just so I can email DeLay's office and tell them that every time I hear him slander Wes Clark, I'm going to whip out my VISA!

I think it's great that the Clark campaign is responding so aggressively and quickly!

Clark Campaign Beats The Spit Out Of Tom 'Chicken-Hawk' Delay

This morning on Meet the Press, when asked about Clark's criticism of the Bush administration's failure to capture those responsible for 9/11 and his stance that the threat in Iraq was not imminent, Tom Delay said, "unfortunately Wesley Clark must live in a different world."

Clark Campaign Strategist Reid Cherlin responded to Tom 'Chicken-hawk' Delay's latest cowardly comments, "The closest to real combat that Tom 'Chicken-Hawk' Delay has ever come was when he got himself a student deferment from Vietnam and instead suited up in his exterminator outfit and defended the people of Texas against invading cockroaches, marauding red ants and hostile moths."

Never forget:

"He and Quayle, DeLay explained to the assembled media in New Orleans, were victims of an unusual phenomenon back in the days of the undeclared Southeast Asian war. 'So many minority youths had volunteered for the well-paying military positions to escape poverty and the ghetto that there was literally no room for patriotic folks
like himself.' Satisfied with the pronouncement, which dumbfounded more than a few of his listeners who had lived the sixties, DeLay marched off to the convention."

Worth ten bucks? We're having a "Win Without DeLay" Fundraiser.

We'll Even Send DeLay a Thank-You Note to Let Him Know it Came from You.

13. Where's Hugh Shelton hiding?
Does anybody know how to contact Hugh Shelton, the general who originally tried to smear Wes Clark? Now even Milosevic has picked up the phrase "integrity and character" to malign Wes. I tried to find his e-mail, but can't seem to do so. I want to put it to him: What exactly is your evidence for this charge? What exactly is the charge? Why are you trying to destroy the best hope we have of putting America back together? I think Shelton is a coward; he puts out a vague charge and then goes and hides. If we don't get an apology, the Bush cabal will blow this up, and will enlist other military people to spread rumors and say they don't like Wes. They're already doing it. What's this with Tommy Franks?
Can we get him and Clark together and put the questions to him, with Clark there to cross-examine? I'm sick of people like Tom DeLay, Schwartzkopf and other Bush toadies trying to smear our man.
Regards, Barbara

15. Nothing would give me more pleasure
than donating to this fundraiser. Delay needs to go the way of Newt Gingrich. He thinks he's invincible and his arrogance needs to be shoved down his throat.

20. THis is why Clark is doing better than Kerry...
He is modeling Dean's tactic of attaching fundraising to firing shots back at republicans.

He's directing more energy at attacking republicans than attacking the other democrats running.

Now all Clark needs to do is get his doctorate and serve as a democratic governor for a decade and he'll be ready to be president.

25. Now all Dean
needs to do is serve 34 years in the military so he has some foreign policy experience and then get a Masters degree in Economics, teach social science at West Point for 3 years, then get 2 more Masters degree in Psychology and Politics. Lets see, that would make Dean ready to run in???? what? 2044? 2048?
