Dem leaving Dem Party because Dean elected to Chair
That was announced by Hannity and will be on his show tonight. The only one I can think of is Martin Frost who joined Faux News. If this doesn't beat all! Just think ... he was running as DNC chair. How close we came to one in our midst.

He is gone, indeed. But he retains the title so they can claim that one token bipartisan dude.

Edit: I like DenverDem's idea better. Lieberman deserves to be booted out anyway--him leaving voluntarily certainly wouldn't hurt my feelings any.

10. Good riddance asshat!!
Whoever it is--I'm glad to have them out.

The Democratic party needs authentic, meaningful progressive change.

What we don't need is another DLCer, who wants to kow tow to corporate America and turn the party into Republican Lite.

If we've lost one of these weasels, then I say--job well done, Dean!!

Ok, who's next?

"The National Government will regard it as its first and foremost duty to revive in the nation the spirit of unity and cooperation. 22. Here is his website....big deal over what was never real.
http://www.hamiltontn.gov/Commission/8/district8.htm

More from Kos on this.
SNIP..."Is Curtis a die-hard Democrat who's been abandoned by the party? Well, in 2004 he demanded that a referendum be held before the country increased taxes for education. In 2002 he mocked the ACLU for suing to stop Ten Commandments buildings in local courthouses. In his words ...
"I don't think they are strong enough to kick a pussy cat in my opinion. In this country, politicians down through the years have just sat idle and backed up and backed up. You can't have prayer in school. You can't do this and you can't do that. It's a minority. The majority rules in this country."

So, a low-level Southern politician in a Republican town, who opposes taxing for education and wants to put the Ten Commandments in courthouses, has switched to the GOP."

and he was talking about this on the news earlier this week saying he was leaving because of Dean. My Mom filled me in. Of course I told her he wasn't a real democrat anyways and didn't need him. Definietly a republican in sheep clothing. According to what he said on the news he had been thinking about it for a while and this was the final decision for him. :eyes:

For a "polarizing" figure like Dean is supposed to be, that's not so much, is it?

Right here at DU I've seen a pretty good little handful of people who are coming BACK to the party as a result of Dean's election -- don't see that on Fox, do ya?

I'll bet NO ONE would be leaving if stoooopid Dems weren't drinking the damn KoolAid and believing the mainstream media lies about Dean. But no matter. They'll find out soon enough OR not. I don't know we need Dems quite that stooopid.
