If Dean Gets the Nomination:
Will you vote for him in November? Given what has been said about non transferable votes, I'm tempted to say I don't trust him and won't vote for him. I won't, I'll hold my nose and vote and work for him. I think every true Democrat will say, "I will support the Democratic nominee in 2004." We have to win. Passions are and will be high. But don't lose sight of the prize. To paraphrase Lincoln, a party divided cannot stand. So everybody, get a grip, work hard for your candidate, and come together in Boston in July.

1. I'm for Dean but I'll vote for THE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE, whoever it is.
AFAIC, anyone who says "if ______ is our candidate I will not vote" -- that's who needs to get a grip.

9. Another Loyalty Oath? No thanks.
I'm a Dean supporter. Or, rather, an anti-war voter. I'll be voting anti-war in November. Either Democrat (Dean or Clark) or Green.

12. ill vote for any of the democratic candidates.......
except for Rev. Sharpton. even if i liked him and i agreed with everything he campaigns on, I strongly believe that ordained ministers/rabbis/priests/mullahs etc should not hold elective office.

it comes too close to violating the seperation of church and state for my tastes. by having an ordained religious leader in a political office (especially the president, the leader of the nation).

10. I guess.
I've got problems with Dean.

But in the end, I can justify it with one issue: budget. And so I'd vote for him just so he'd balance the budget.

13. I'm for Kerry
and have been since , well, about 1984, but if Dean's the man, then he's my man, and I'll vote, give money, raise money, stump for him, and get in the face of anybody who criticizes him.

I'm a goddamn Democrat! Bush OUT!
