N.H. visitors meet with possible 2008 presidential contenders
WASHINGTON — Ordinarily, a Chamber of Commerce delegation from a city of 20,000 or so might come and go largely unnoticed in the Capitol.

Unless that city happens to be in New Hampshire, which happens to host the first-in-the-nation presidential primary every four years.

So it was that senators who figure prominently in the early 2008 campaign speculation _ Majority Leader Bill Frist, GOP Sens. Chuck Hagel and John McCain and Democratic Sen. Hillary Clinton _ took time to meet separately Wednesday with a group from Portsmouth, N.H.
