they will certainly not filibuster on this one.

5. Not gonna happen. Already contacted the Florida
boys and both are Voting YES. Nelson said he admired Negroponte and Martinez said you can't find a better choice!! I don't think there's any doubt he'll be confirmed, is there?

I wrote to my Senators, but really don't have my hopes up. I do know that now we have someone who supports torture heading the Department of Justice, someone who hates due process at Homeland Security, and now a supporter of death squads as National Intelligence Director. The disappearances will only accelerate. We live in a dictatorship now, and no one is safe.
