Newsweek editorial challenges constitution
The Last Word Editorial in this week's Newsweek speaks of a New York court decision he doesn't like, and then says that the New York Gov. should do the same thing Andrew Jackson did when the Supreme Court made a decision he didn't like. He said, "The Supreme Court has made its decision, now let them enforce it." I think it was George Will who wrote this. He forgot to mention that Jackson's response was to a court decision meant to prevent the exile of Cherokee to Oklahoma.

I can't believe he wrote that! It just flies in the face of the Constitution. How can he say that!!!!!???????
