ACLU blames Rumsfeld. Do we need tort (ure) reform in this country?

"Secretary Rumsfeld bears direct and ultimate responsibility for this descent into horror by personally authorizing unlawful interrogation techniques and by abdicating his legal duty to stop torture," says Lucas Guttentag, lead counsel in the lawsuit and director of the ACLU's Immigrants' Rights Project. "He gives lip service to being responsible but has not been held accountable for his actions. This lawsuit puts the blame where it belongs, on the secretary of Defense."

1. Hand picked words. Their citizens who we put in prison are called
'enemy combatants'. If our government and corporate soldiers were to be imprisoned over there, we would call them 'POW's'.

Except, there are no prisons over there that are available to them because we confiscated all of the prisons (and are building more even on exotic islands and in exotic countries - all the better for learning geography).

All you cartoonists out there better cool it or we'll have another 9-11.

4. Remember when President Clinton was sued
The question is why aren't they suing Bush? The Supreme Court already ruled you can sue a president (Bill Clinton, 1998).

5. Let's Sue Bush
Following his impeachment! Then he should be charged for his war crimes.
American's should be outraged at the misconduct of this administration.
