Bush has resubmitted 20 names that were rejected last term. Do you think the Demos will kick them out again?

4. This resubmission was total arrogance by the Bushies
but when have they acted any differently?

5. Lieberman will probably do some water-carrying for --
-- Dubya on these Himmleresque nominees, but I think we'll see some resolve from Feingold, Boxer, Schumer, and several others.

Bush's decision to shove them down everyone's throat again is arrogant, as Erika has said in this thread. They're are a bunch of warmed-over right-wing sludgebrains.

I have a notion that Senator Byrd will punch at least a dozen of them in the nose.

7. Who is going to stop them?
The Torture Party will probably use the 'nuke-u-ler option' to end the filibuster as a simple show of their Total Power. The Torture Party doesn't worry about about how their actions might affect the future because they consider themselves to be the New Reich and therefore, there is NO future except THEM any what THEY say and what THEY want. You're either with them against them or against them. And we all have seen what the Torture Party does to those who are against them; haven't we?
