to numbers on How the military voted in this election. I tried googles etc. Nothing comes up.

3. It's illegal to poll active military members on who they vote for.
They can be asked issue questions (Do you agree with Bush, or Kerry) but they can't be asked who they're voting for.

A sensible law, imho, you wouldn't want military commanders to be able to retaliate against their subordinates for voting the 'wrong way'.
