How many people who you know (who don't reside in nursing homes) have dried slobber on their lip but don't know it? Isn't there something wrong with this picture?

It is on the same side of his face that droops. It might be getting worse.

5. I think it may have more to do with the reason the whites of his eyes
appear on the yellowish side.

You can't drink as heavily as he did for as long as he did without damanging organ systems. He's showing signs of both hepatic and neurological damage.
