Wait a second... in the Senate, did the Repubs just offer
an EDUCATION ammendment to the bankruptcy bill????

Or did I miss something?

1. Correct, they want everyone before declaring bankruptcy to take
...an education course, thus causing them further delays and time, so ALL creditors can get in line to put their claims on the debtor before hand.

The public would be better served if they insisted on educating all consumers on credit management before they are ever allowed to have credit, just like a drivers test, before you can drive. That pompous ass Orin Hatch would never consent to that idea!
