Bush using a 9-year-old boy to peddle his Social Security lies
Texas 9-year-old in Alabama to tout Bush's Social Security plan

Isn't this child abuse?

By PHILLIP RAWLS
Associated Press Writer

The warm-up act for President Bush's visit to Alabama is a 9-year-old Texas boy with an encyclopedic knowledge of presidential history and a strong desire to have a Social Security investment account - once he gets old enough to work.

"They are safe and you are going to get more money - probably triple or quadruple what you put in," Noah McCullough said Tuesday.

Noah is using his spring break from school in Katy, Texas, to visit Montgomery, Louisville, Ky., and Memphis, Tenn., where Bush will be stumping Thursday and Friday for his Social Security proposal.

Noah first began to attract national attention last year when his knowledge of American presidents garnered him five appearances on the "Tonight Show" with Jay Leno.

1. I hear Shrub's been sitting the boy in his lap during the tour.
This is soooo perverse. No comment.

3. And didn't Bush* get a nose job?
And isn't he looking more pale these days?

Just asking.

Who is still about two years away from getting that little talk on how babies are made, on issues of retirement and old age poverty?

4. Sarcasm warning
Yes, I'll be listening to a NINE YEAR OLD on issues that have the country divided, and I'm sure he has JUST THE ANSWERS when Harvard grads can't come up a solution to please everyone.

5. I've seen this little brat on tv.
All he does is regurgitate the shit he's fed and then he's hailed as a hero. Hell, I could sit a kid down and have him/her memorize all kinds of stuff and give him/her a reward each time s/he does. That's all that's happening here. F**king disgusting!

And his mom says she's a Democrat. She needs to cancel her cable TV and get that kid off of FAUX News.

7. Two things:
One, when you think about it this isn't really any different from hearing it straight from Bush himself. After all, its someone with the mental development of a small child repeating things that someone else told him.

And, two, this really says alot about right wingers. Who do they listen to? Who do they revere and respect? Who do they turn to for reassurance?

A recovering alcoholic and a nine year old boy.

8. Bu$h claims to be a recovering alcoholic ...
He talks the talk, but does not walk the walk. Methinks it is just another of the many, many lies he is juggling.

ComerPerro sez: And, two, this really says alot about right wingers. Who do they listen to? Who do they revere and respect? Who do they turn to for reassurance?

DemoTex sez: A pathological liar and a nine year old boy.

10. Something to Think About
Republican critized President Carter when he stated that he discussed nuclear policy with his daugther. I think President Carter's daugther was older for 9 years old.

12. Wassa matter, George?
Can't find a grown-up who will parrot your lies?

Desperation. This is the political equivalent of a full court heave as the buzzer sounds when you're down by 4: It's gotta go in, and the ref has to call a foul.

14. Who is next?
I just sent a LTE about this since they featured an article about this kid visiting Memphis with Bush this week:

Dear Editor:

I feel so much better about Bush's plans for social security reform now that he has enlisted the help of an expert - a 9 year old boy. Who is he going to trot out next to push his plan - Barney and Mrs. Beasley?

21. Little Noah has discovered his daddy's stash, I see . . .
Luckily, my nine-year-old at least understands the difference between an INVESTMENT PLAN (which SS isn't meant to be) and INSURANCE.
