Just,...don't get stuck in the crossfire of struggle and pain,...but rather become a part of the progress of everything we have (by virtue of the struggles of humanity before us) to advance the best of ourselves.

Find honor and meaning and HOPE in carrying the torch of those who sacrificed their lives for human justice and equality,...and feel inspiration by your struggle for the interests of our children who will have to carry our torches.
