I can't imagine that police would try to arrest people with guns.. Consider that those with guns would be dispersed amongst protestors... It would be a stand off that the police would have to stand down on.... After all, Janet Reno isn't in office...

The wife and I had a long discussion about this the other day, and I told her point blank that If this shit ever happened to me she was to shoot me there and take her chances in court. She agreed and said to do the same to her.

Love is a powerful thing at the end of life, and respect for another person and for the living should be considered. If he had done the right thing when her brain died, we would be having a conversation about him getting out of jail about now, And I hope that some of us would be there for him, by his side.

My Mom and I talked about this case earlier and I keep her updated on what I read here. She said she was siding with the husband. The woman has been in that position for fifteen years at least and he needs to get on with his life. If the parents want to handle everything and have a professional care taker then fine. I wonder if the husband and her ever talked about this? I thought I read they did but am not 100% sure.

It would be hilarious to watch those fat flabby white guys try and intimidate anyone.

They'd get beaten down something awful, probably by the nurses.

They don't think they'll get arrested for having a gun and using it in a threatning way? They don't care about this woman!
