Barney Frank is ... (dare I say it?) ... EN FUEGO Tonight!
As Mr. DeLay's Charade plays out, I listen to the fire and venom of Barney Frank orchestrating the speakers on the Democratic side, and am reminded of how proud I am that he's on OUR side. He's just deSTROYing every lie and every assertion the Repunks are spewing forth on behalf of kowtowing to the Insane Right -- er, I mean the Terry Schiavo debate -- tonight.

And all the Repunks can do is lamely stay on their talking points.

I hope that there is a God, that s/he is taking names of every Repunk speaking tonight, and that s/he remembers this night, so that when the Day of Reckoning finally comes and every Repunk House member that votes for this piece of crap legislation is wondering why they aren't passing through the Pearly Gates and the soles of their feet are getting toasty, s/he will pull out the list and say "A-HOLES - you tampered in my name one time too many!!"

With Barney Frank waving them off from the right side of the Gates.

4. "On fire"
Edited on Sun Mar-20-05 11:23 PM by Carolab
This is a trendy phrase in sportscasting, especially with the "dare I say it?" part.

6. It Was Our Buddy Keith Olberman's First Catch Phrase
Along with the eerily appropriate for tonight phrase "He's day-to-day -- we're ALL day-to-day!"

5. Awesome
It's funny how they can't come up with anything else other then their talking points. Really shows their true colors on this case. Surely they can think of something else. Oh wait. N/M.

7. The radical right keeps mentioning the founding fathers
and I can't imagine that if Thomas Jefferson or John Adams heard that one could live by being sustained by a feeding tube DESPITE the fact that the brain has no capcaity for thought that they would support such absurdity.
