Here's the Roll Call vote
http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2005/roll090.xml

My Congresswoman didn't even bother to show up (like too many others).

She'll be hearing from me.

2. Good. They shouldn't have bothered to come back for this vote.
Democrats should let the Republicans own this spectacle.

5. I have to respectfully disagree
I'm a recent convert from the "Dark Side",having even voted for Dubya the first time around, and the reason I campaigned for and sent money to the Democrats this time was because my old party was demagoguing social issues and raping the Constitution and even the rules of Congress.

Today they didn't even show up to stop this. I'll still vote for her next time, but I'm just a bit disheartened.

6. Because when you vote for Congess, you should ALWAYS vote party lines
The most important vote they cast is for leadership. They decide whether this kind of shit happens. Just think.... Speaker Pelosivs Speaker Hastert.

If you want to beat them, do it in a primary. I'll even vote for Feinstein next time in the general.

10. My rep has been pretty good
up to now with voting against all things Bushian. I don't know why he went along with this one, so a what-the-hell-were-you-thinking letter should be in order. I'll see if he answers it.

7. Baird just confirmed my Green vote in '06.
Which was already decided when he voted for more funding of the Iraq slaughter.

8. Last election I wanted to see Dems in, as a party... the Rep
in my state has voted FOR this travesty. I'm done doing straight party ticket voting.

11. I've voted for Baird in every election
including the one he got robbed in by Linda Smith. He is starting to annoy me lately, with going along with too much Repuke shit. I may not be voting for him next time, either.

9. VA - Scott & Moran
Both voted Nay

I'm impressed. They were the only 2 from VA that voted.
