Rally Cry: TIME TO PULL CONGRESS' FEEDING TUBE!!!!

If our Dem leaders have one ounce of political intuition, they would be able to see the "backlash" possibilities of the Shiavo circus and the baseball steroid carnival coming together like they have.

What a time to point to the Republican controlled Congress and scream: We have our military being killed in Iraq along with problems recruiting and worn out machinery; we have a national debt ready to implode this country; we just racked up an even bigger trade deficit that a decling dollar was suppose to fix; that dollar is heading rapidly towards toiletpaper status; millions of people are waiting to hear if their Social Security is going to be pulled out from under them; there are uprisings happening in the Middle East and the eyes turning to D.C. for guidance, etc. and yet look at what the religious right has turned our Congress into-----Steriods and Shiavo are the most imporant things in our nation over 300 million other people trying to make a living and stay alive in this country!!! Who's feeding this Congress???

Then add: They fought having a 9/11 Commission; they can't find the time nor money to appropriate funds to guard our borders (where bin Laden says they will enter the US); they cannot address the healthcare crisis in this nation, etc. BUT they have time to waste your tax dollars to tackle these parochial questions???

The next time you can go to a voting booth, pull the feeding tube on this republican majority and put a real Congress in place!!!
