time to stop activist members of congress

the same members of congress who passed the schaivo bill are the ones who have been lambasting judges for being "activist" when they made decisions the members didn't agree with. its time we start calling these members what they are - activist congressmen and women.

nearly every poll out there is against doing what they have done and the fla. state courts have, over 15 years, disagreed with what they advocate, the federal courts have said they will not hear the case, yet they have taken it upon themselves to be pro-active in forcing the issue. the is, therefore, precisely the type of activism the gop has complained about - time to stop the activist congress......

i want my congressperson to be an activist.. as long as they are acting on my side.

Any congressman who votes for any of this stuff is simply going against the very nature of our constitutional government with its strict separation of powers. Any congressman who votes for this stuff needs to be removed.
