So, if the judge throws out the Schiavo case and orders the feeding tube
to remain out, how many seconds will pass before "Presidential Candidate for 2008" Jeb Bush calls in the National Guard to protect the feeding tube which just so happened to pop right back into place "by the hand of God"?

1. If that happens, someone will be voilating a court order...
...and will hopefully be arrested for it.

2. That tube won't reappear without surgery
and if somebody does the surgery without a consent from Schiavo or the court, it's assault and they'll lose their licenses.

3. Like the NRA freaks say about the "No guns allowed" signs
"Like that would make them turn around and not commit the crime . . ."

5. Good point. Can we assume it was a "J-tube" or equivalent?
If I am not mistaken, a "J-tube" requires an abdominal incision and insertion by a surgeon using ultra-sound as a guide. Was there a central I-V also? When my father pulled his central I-V out in the ICU (he fell out of bed ... that's another story) in 2003, he had to go back to the O-R to have it replaced by a surgeon.

4. Apparently the appeals court in Atlanta
already has all the filings and is poised to act if the judge rules against the family.
