can I sue congress, imposter in WH, or whoever for not saving my brother?
I mean no one stepped in to write a special law for us. Can I sue them? Certainly it's not the same exact issues. I remember my brother trying to get treatment, some kind of help, for alcohol and drug addiction. He tried to get help but because there was no insurance, he was not allowed to have any help. He died in a drug related accident within a year.

No one stepped in to save him and he wasn't brain dead. THey let him die. Where was my special ruling to save his life? I want equal rights.

1. Sorry about your brother. These people are not trying to help
Terry, they don't care. They have made her a political pawn. This keeps them from tackling the real issues about health care in this country, which might have helped your brother.

2. We should all petition Congress to address our grievances from the courts.
I have been considering writing to my Congressman to protest my granddaughter's child custody hearing. I have to thank Tom Delay and the Republicans for their latest move. I had never considered Congress as a last resort for not liking the judge's decision. The judge granted joint custody to a father who was already $2500 behind in child support for a 2 year old and he only had to pay $210 a month. I would like Congress to overturn this local judge who seems to think that daddy will get better as the years go by. This child is alive and well, Congress should care about her as much as Terry.

3. great idea
I love this idea, can you imagine the political fallout if the Congress started getting flooded with lawsuit? Since we're all guaranteed equal protection under the law, the parents from Texas should sue Congress for not stopping what happened to their kid when hospital pulled the plug. The court doesn't have to find their in fact that'd be worse cause the floodgates would really open, but Shrubs little know Texas law would get a major mention in the MSM.
