Fox flips the bird to the chimp.

Wasn't there a photo shopped photo of a soldier with Hillery where the soldier does the same thing?

on edit:

This looks like the first scene of a comedy movie. I wonder what the statement was supposed to be? Chimp as leader maybe.

second edit:

Same photo, different costumes. There is some message we're supposed to get from these.

Blake's 7 AND Dr. Who??? We are in the same league, my friend.

Did you happen to watch Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy? It was just rerun but it originally broadcast years ago.

4. Oh, you mean Vincente Fox
Not Rupert Murdoch's electronic fish wrap. That really would have been news.

6. It is easy to look at the photo as Fox's gesture
not being accidental.

Don't ya think?

7. I wouldn't blame him a bit if it was intentional

But I figure any former Coca Cola executive is a better diplomat than John Bolton. So I doubt it was anything but accidental.

8. White Men in Ties Discuss Missle Size

Remember that PDB on August 6, 2001? The one entitled "Bin Laden Determined to Strike Inside the United States"? George W. Bush didn't remember it for 5 minutes. That's why he sat paralyzed in a Florida classroom while the USA was under attack and waiting for action from the appointed "commander in chief" Bush failed to provide any leadership whatsoever.
