They created this mess and now, like Chimpy, trying to pretend they had nothing to do with it. I see a bunch of repugs hitting the air waves but very few actual Congressmen or women are going before a camera. They have now backed away and are letting the Christian Taliban hit the airwaves in their name. It is cover your ass time. I see them all in the republican cloak room back at the Capital just staring at their shoes, whistling in the dark and trying to pretend they know nothing about what is going on. I, also, bet they are avoiding many of their repug brethren, too. They drug the entire party, the government and the country into this quagmire and don't see a way out without pissing off everyone. They already have 83% of the country ready to lynch them and without calling out the National Guard to kidnap this poor woman they are going to piss off the rest of their "mandate." Chimpy is hiding out at the faux ranch (guess he needed to clear some fence rows). Their hubris is astounding.

You would think, since they started this mess, they would be front and center trying to argue their position. And dumb ass Jebbie just got punked by his big brother and his gang of thugs.

I've been trying to reach Dr. DeLay and/or Dr. Bush all week to make an appt. I broke my toe several weeks ago and am still in extreme pain. If Dr. Bush can't see me in the Oval Office in person, I will be more than happy to fax my x-rays to Crawford, but I can't get a return call from Nurse Laura.

What do you advise I do? I am thinking of suing him under the Equal Protection Clause. Both Drs. treated patient Terri, so don't I deserve the same? I think the Constitution says I do, doesn't it?

I feel empathy for her family and especially her mother, but eventually you have to get past yourself and do what's best for the person that you love.
