Amazing! A Freeper gets a half-assed clue...
At least one of them gets a clue, even if he still has visions of a "liberal" media dancing in his head:

...This is why the MSM is covering the Terri Schiavo case - they know it's a 'lose-lose' situation for President Bush and the GOP. The longer they play it; the more damage is done to the Republicans.

The leftists and liberal Democrats couldn't be happier. This single case has turned their fortunes around and instead of losing more congressional seats in 2006; they now stand to gain a significant amount - perhaps even retake control over congress.

Why? Because the GOP will lose support from moderates and independents for their 'interference' and will also lose support from those who will want to punish them for not doing enough to keep Terri alive.

So, way to go Republicans! You've now given the Democrats control over the US just because you let your emotions be manipulated without thinking of the consequences.

1. I agree
They just showed their real face and it was scary. People won't forget this one. And by the time gas is $4.00 and the economy is in deep stagflation, they'll be done.

5. Wow.
That guy sounds as optimistically deluded as I am at my worst.
Luckily, before I get too carried away, I have common sense to kick back in and bring me back to earth. Man, it must be tough to live without the good sense god gave you.
_sigh_

7. Wonder what he will do when he realizes the 3 great myths
1. There is no Santa Claus
2. There is no Easter Bunny
3. There is no liberal media

Good thing there is gun control--oops, I'm wrong. Sorry.
Well good thing we have universal health care so he can get help in case he
a. shoots himself
b. seeks counseling
oops...wrong again.
Well, he can just be like the rest of us I suppose and go fuck himself cause our gubmint doesn't care about him.:)

19. Oh don't misunderstand
I don't find our situation amusing at all, but I look forward to the day that the ones living in denial come to the realization of the problems we face in our country that we have known to exist for a long time.
Only then will be able to begin to fix the problem.

12. absolutely.
It's nice to get help from the neocons, but we still need to organize and articulate what we stand for, instead of what we are not.

14. Look at the polls.
Even the conservative base has left them on this one. It's the 10% of the party comprised of fundie nutsjobs driving this, to their everlasting regret.

The whole thing is demonstrative of the emptiness and hypocrisy of the neocons.

15. i really really really hope you're right....
but if the polls say something, then the busheviks knew it before (the busheviks run EVERYTHING by focus groups/inhouse polls; they spend unbelievable sums/money on knowing HOW TO RUN a scam through mediawhores) and are depending on it to achieve their objective (liberals are monsters who must be exterminated, dems should be outlawed...lol)

17. Yup, it was the evil libruls who made Stupidhead cut short his vacation
And forced Congress back into emergency session, and introduced the bill, and made Stupidhead sign it, and put all those nutjobs in front of the cameras with their tape and their water cups, and stormed Jeb!'s office, and, and, and . . .

Ring, ring! Clue phone for Freeperland! This one is totally a product of the mighty Repubican Wurlitzer.

21. He appears to be legit...
...although members of the ying yang (DU and FR) sites often attempt to sabotage each other, so you can never really tell. There does appear to be a deep and possibly permanent schism erupting between the religious and the pragmatic factions of the Republican party. I don't know if this will benefit us in the long run, though - even the fundies share the incredibly short attention span of the American public when it comes to events like this.

20. "you let your emotions be manipulated without thinking".....
That's the key to everything, isn't it?

It's also the credo of RW'ers and Fundies......"we let our emotions do our reasoning instead of our intellect."

Then again, when you have no intellect, your emotions are the only thing you have to work with.
