10 Judges?? Block Them All!
If the Democrats can learn anything from this Schiavo case, then it should be that the Republicans and pResident * do not give a rats ass about justice and the rule of law.

This example should be a wake up call. Not ONE more federal judge appointee should get through the Senate. It's time to have some backbone and say to * and the Republicans

"You've shown us with your actions what you think of the rule of law. You've shown us with your actions what you think of an independent judicial branch. We know what you plan to do and we will not let it stand. You've had almost 5 years now, and 99.7% of your judicial nominees have been seated for life on the bench. Well, Mr pResident....NO MORE! The American people are waking up to your plan, and we are willing to wait until the next pResident is elected before we allow any more of your meddling with the separation of powers"

I know, it's a crazy dream, but I would love to see a "united" Democratic Party just once in my lifetime.

1. Come On. Can't we Use This to Our Advantage?
Isn't 250 out of 260 enough from this mis-administration?

I know I', talking to myself in an effort to get this thread to live. "Let My Thread Live"!

But I am curious as to what you think. Kerry waited to respond and it cost him and the entire country. Isn't it wise to strike while the iron is hot? Especially since 80% of the country is on our side?

If the Dems don't start hanging this albatross around the necks of the Republicans, then the people will soon forget. I don't think we let them forget. Where is our "killer instinct"

Ok, I'm done talking to myself.
