Theory? Override Dem-Rep division? Is it possible that Dems and
we were a decade ago.

Though the current agenda of the right wing-cabal-pnacers has been in the works for decades, it has not been widely discussed by Americans-U.S.

Repubs could join forces?

Could Repubs are getting to a point that some people started discovering even before the internet - that we are being taken over by a few?

The division of two major political groups has been divided by other issues in the past....the predominant one being the myths and truths surrounding spending.

While Dems seem to be surpassing Repubs in fiscal responsibility, both parties are both waking up to the horror of some of the attacks on our judicial system - our Constitution and Bill of Rights as well as our family and religious sensitivities and privacies - our media takeover and perpetual wars and the environment.

Could it be possible for Dems and Repubs who want to retain what is good about our country to come together to fight the cabal/extreme right wing/pnacers/religious fanatics? They are affected by all of this equal to us.

Could we have a Pro-America Party that wants to save our country and strive for peace and prosperity?

1. I think the Judiciary will find a way to "Go Nuclear" against Congress
Edited on Fri Apr-01-05 04:21 PM by IanDB1
I'm not sure how they could do it.

I think their options range from issuing a ruling saying that it is un-constitutional for Congress to pass a law simply because they do not agree with a judicial ruling.

At the higher end, I suppose they might be able to charge some lawmakers with treason. The basis for that being they are trying to over-throw the Constitution by eliminating the power of the Judaical branch. Essentially, it could be argued they are engaging in a coup.

I could be completely wrong about that.

In any case, I would not be at all surprised to see judges from across the political spectrum closing ranks to unite against these latest anti-American, un-Constitutional political terrorists.

I'm surprised-- but perhaps I shouldn't be-- that the freepers don't have a problem with this. I mean, after all, what happens if the Republicans lose their super-majority and the Democrats turn the tables?

2. Good points. I'd like to know about the Dems who voted for the
pistol shot to knock out the established authority.

How many had law degrees?
Seems moot, because they are law makers....however...it makes you wonder if they didn't understand.
How many did it for votes?
How many did it because they are fundamentalist evangelicals themselves?

I'd also like to know how they are explaining it today and what they will say after they leave office or think about it for awhile?
