PBS Newshour is going to cover DeLay tonight >
Only three segments tonight - Pope, DeLay, and then the pundits - so I'm hoping the DeLay crimes will get some good examination. Airing now on the East Coast - covering the Pope right now.

2. what makes you think..
What makes you think that PBS will give a true and balanced account of DeLay's reeptilian, scurrilous, and criminal tenure in the House?

Come on...

3. I Said, Those Who Dare
I didn't say PBS would.

One day on AAR - Randi Rhodes kept telling her audience to watch PBS, trust PBS News - I held on the phone for almost 2 hours to debate her on that absurd notion, before they hung up on me.

PBS has been cowed into paranoia , fearful of losing government funding from wingnuts.

4. I watched it
Covered the WSJ editorial, had Livinston shrilling for the poor baby.

Touched on his "associates" being indicted.

Not a word about strongarming members of Congress to change their vote.

Not a word of calling homeland insecurity resources after the texas legislators.

Not a word about the Lautenberg letter.

6. Livingston blaming "media frenzy" for Delay's troubles
Now questioning whether he should resign.

That's it?
