I know he's made some enemies but Josh Marshall is great...

I know he's made some enemies by being critical of certain campaigns and also because he gave a little too much benefit of the doubt before the war (although I think he's pretty much conceded that since then).

But the way I see it as an undecided is that his coverage of the primary season has been invaluable to me. Honestly he seems to write from a great combination of personal and human instinct as well as from the vantage point of a well educated and informed political journalist. Maybe it's just because a lot of the things he says happen to be my take on the situations that he is writing about (albeit much more well articulated and historically informed). Either way, I've alway loved reading his blog and the past few weeks have been even better.

There's no doubt that he's skeptical of Dean, but to his credit he has also defended him. And there's no doubt he gives some leeway to Clark, but he has also pointed out when Clark has screwed up and called him to task on it.

But overall, the fact that he's been hitting events by different campaigns and hearing all of the candidates out and updating us on it has been very valuable to me as someone still in the throes of making his decision.

It is great that he shares his insight into what is going on in Washington. A very informative and readable blog.

I read it several times a day, look forward to the new entries. He is fair, even handed and factual--if he makes amistake he announces it openly as soon as it is discovered.

Did you know he has a PhD in History? Smart guy who adds a lot of perspective to his reports.

he was always the best on the Plame scandal and, while he has been supportive of Clark throughout th ecampaign, he has also had the guts to call him on it. I really like his insights and his ability to cut through the bullshit. I read him every day and, I'm happy to say, he is one of only two blogs I give money to.
