Who voted for the new Energy bill?
Does anybody have a list for this? I'm listening to Malloy talk about this now. *sigh* :cry:

Damnit.

Strange that Herseth (D-SD) voted for it following her presentation a couple weeks ago to an empty House. (9:00ET on a Friday night) She did a brilliant presentation on biofuels, ethanol, etc.
