Federal tax law prohibits endorsement of candidates from the pulpit, a law honored in the breach by Democratic presidential candidates. Discussions of public policy however, whether in a church or in a grocery store, are protected by the First Amendment.

LET'S EXERCISE OUR FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS TO HAVE A DICUSSION OF POLICY WITH FRC.
