1. 95% of Bush nominees have been confirmed
200 judges in term One. More than Clinton and Reagan's first terms.

6. 95% confirmation rate doesn't cut it for this overgrown infant
Bush is so childish and narcissistic that he feels entitled to his own way, even at the expense of the good of the country; so much so that for him, the ends justify the means, even if the means run afoul of the law.

8. They won't be satisfied
until they have absolute power. 99% of Bush's nominees could have been confirmed, and the right wing would still be crying about the 1%. The right wing have mastered the art of being the perpetrators but playing the victims.

2. If * said that red lights at intersections were causing difficulties
the RW assholes would line up to parrot the party line and call for their elimination.

They're really shameless.

5. funny how these supposed strict constructionists and federalists all of a
sudden get brain farts on the (small d) democratic value emblazoned unto the Senate as the chamber that would always protect the rights of the minority opinion -- hence, the historical birth of the filibuster in the first place ...

what a moral pig! (with my apologies to pigs)

7. This was the whole purpose of the three-judge appearance
He never mentioned the number of judges held up during the Clinton administration.
