1. I hate to break it to you, but
the RNC is out to get ALL of the Dems (not just the candidates, either), and they have no problem lying about things to do it.

2. The RNC is out to get them all
Clark is only the candidate to get du jour. IF they can destroy him now, he's no longer any sort of a threat.

3. What questions do you have about Clark?
I see your vote is transferable. What might change your mind to Clark?

5. Give Walt a break lol
He never said he was unhappy with his candidate, just that he could support Clark also. The same question could be asked of 90% of the people here who are willing to vote for more than one candidate. A better question for all of us is, what do we like about some of the candidates that are not our first choice, that would allows us to enthusiastically support them should one become the nominee?

6. Thanks Tom ;)
Those of us who say we would support any of our fine nominees doesn't mean we are "up for the taking" from who we presently support, just that we'll try and take the candidates lead from last nights debate, and keep the debate focused on issues, and not media sensationalism and drive by hit-pieces...

4. If you're on the fence about Clark....
be sure to check out Amy Goodman's interview with Michael Moore that aired on Democracy Now this morning. You can listen to it at www.democracynow.org.

Michael explains why he has endorsed Clark.

8. Bush is terrified of all combat veterans.
He bashed McCain in 2000, bashed Schwartzkopf when the General criticised the plan in Iraq and now they are after Kerry and Clark.

Also look at the funding cuts for veterans groups. And other military pay cuts.

The underlying strategy goes to the heart of current right-wing thinking which sadly reflects that the right wing believes that combat veterans are inferior people.

(Perhaps Bush believes he is the ultimate enforcer of Catch-22?)

It's sickening, but it's a thread that winds through all these attacks.

Good Americans -- not just good Democrats -- but all patriots will be wise to point this out whenever they witness one of these viscious and unwarranted attack made by Bush and his friends against those who have sacrificed to make us free.

Of course, not only is the right attacking those who made us free, they are attacking the freedoms our soldiers have delivered as well.
