I got to hear Springsteen last night
He opened his solo acoustic tour in Detroit - a friend to the screwed working man, Bruce is - last night, and my old college pal Larry was in the audience at the Fox Theater.

When Springsteen began to introduce his song describing the religious stand on creation by the current squatter in the White House, Larry said he knew he had to call me.

“Fuck you and the dinosaur you rode in on”, The Boss said.

It was absolutely great.

I have it blasting right now - the paint's peeling off the walls for miles around - and I am covered with goosebumps.

It's an amazing album.

And the other side of the CD is a DVD, which I haven't watched yet.

The album has me in tears. This man never ceases to make me fall in love with him more and more every time.
