2. joe gets warmed up and starts yelling again - about all the right stuff
railing against the nuclear option and reading historical remarks on the need for and power of the fillibuster.

3. He is excellent.
I could actually like the guy if he just stopped his Sunday am appearances. You never know what he will come out with on them. I'm glad that they are replaying this.

4. I'm a Delawarean and I know what you mean
when he's good, he's very very good -
but he can be a showboater and he's also come down on the wrong side of important issues and votes lately (Rice, Gonzoles, the bankruptcy bill)

Just when I'm ready to write him off and vote him out - he does something like the Bolton session and this speech today on the fillibuster.

5. He's a top notch statesman
that totally "gets" what the Senate is all about.

I have problems with his voting record, but he's a rockstar senator.

6. Husband & I Just Watched It - Felt Like Watching History Being Made
I did not know that Biden was such an awesome orator! Wow!!! Once Hatch came on, and said that Dems were the first to use "neclear option," I put in my new copy of "Mr. Smith Goes To Washington" DVD. Ahhhh...
