CA-DEMS fight back, Schwarzeneggers numbers sink
In California, we have decided to fight this neocon bastard tooth and nail. We're making progress; the once invincible appearing neocon in stage makeup has seen his poll numbers drop like a rock as reality sets in that he's just another neocon facade. No way this guy can win a straight up election against a democrat today.

Poll: Schwarzenegger Approval Rating Down
April 28, 2005 3:30 AM EDT
SACRAMENTO, Calif. - For the first time since taking office, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger has a job approval rating of less than 50 percent, according to a new poll of likely voters.

The findings, released Thursday by the Public Policy Institute of California, reflects a downward trend started in January when Schwarzenegger announced plans for a November special election and proposed a series of ballot measures.

The poll found voters are split over two of Schwarzenegger's three proposed initiatives - a majority support his plan to make it harder for public school teachers to gain tenure but a similar number oppose his proposed restrictions on the state budget.

"We're seeing now several months of growing doubts about the governor's leadership," said poll director Mark Baldassare. "It's been a period in which the governor has not been able to get his message out as effectively as some of his opponents."

In the latest poll, Schwarzenegger had a approval rating of 45 percent. His disapproval number was 47 percent. Eight percent were undecided.

Sixty percent of the likely voters polled in January approved of the governor's job performance and 33 percent disapproved.

3. It's not just dems getting pissed.
It's everybody here except the hard-core RWers. He seems to piss a new group of people off every day with idiotic statements. Good for us!
