Today I heard a political cartoonist on the radio asked "Why do

you draw the President to look like a chimp?" He replied "God made him look like a Chimp." Can anyone fill me in on who this gutsy, funny guy is? The radio was in another room and I was at work so I didn't catch most of the broadcast.
