1. Maybe Powell wants the UN post, but he lied to them also....
...and he does not get along that well with Condi Rice.

2. So Rice is now getting a close and personal view of
"The Powell Doctrine". Overwhelming force and all. When does she go to her husb* to beg him:cry: to make Powell stop it? Powell as Sisyphus is here to stay.
