1. What's the signal like?
Atleast as good as WIND? Will they go dark at night?

3. I'm not in Chicago.
Al Franken just mentioned this and I thought I'd share for my friends up North.

4. Not Strong, I'm Afraid
I believe it's a daytime-only signal that starts in Crystal Lake (near WI) and barely gets to downtown. And they'll have Ed Schultzzzzzzzzz... cutting into Randi's time, which bites the big one as far as I'm concerned.

But at least they'll have a toehold back in Chicago, and that's something, I suppose.

5. Great! The Quad City area got AAR this month,
I was hoping that one station wouldn't be the only one Illinois got because the Quad City station doesn't reach Chicago.

6. Don't mean to rain on anyone's parade here
but out here in the southwest burbs, the only place I can pick this station up is in my car. Won't come in at all in the house.

My husband and I have an acquaintance that used to broadcast an Irish radio program from this station on Saturday mornings up until about the 1st of April. He got bounced because of the station takeover by AAR.

It's an extremely weak signal out this way.
