Hillary on the Senate floor
I generally am not a fan, but she is just blasting the Republicans for Real ID, and is the first politician in a long time that is pointing at the real people to be blamed for illegal immigration: those who employ them.

Too bad she is going to vote for it, but I guess most Senators will.

1. so, in other words
she's making a lot of noise, but in the end she won't stand up for the rights of her constituants. Why don't these senators stand up with some balls for once and say, no we are not voting for the iraqi suppliment because you poisoned it with this Real ID horse-shit.

2. I was just getting ready to post something similar. She
definitely said that she would vote for this measure as would every one else. THey should stand up and demand that Rummy's huge slush fund for creating new and better death rays be diverted to pay for the war until the supplemental is brought to the floor without poison pill legislation attached.

Maybe so if people see it on CSPAN they can write their Senators or something. Who knows? It doesn't make any sense to me. They no longer work for the people anymore.

3. I agree
but when I said that about Kennedy this morning, I was taken to task.

So I guess it is worth saying that Clinton has as much backbone as Kennedy on this subject.
