5. That's just what we need.
The other guys did that, in '94, with their Contract On America, and that gave them the momentum to overcome 8 years of international respect and a strong economy. Just think what we could do if we could just stop fighting among ourselves.

6. Me TOO!
And we're just the folks to get that kind of groundswell going. With or WITHOUT the professionals.

2. Here is what he writes and proposes:

"Arianna Huffington has exercised her renowned wisdom to give journalism another boost along the ever busier Internet. Her blog site promises to be an interesting challenge for those of us lucky enough to be invited to participate with our occasional contributions. Hopefully the product will be at least as interesting.

I'll launch my first contribution right here: Arianna, I offer this first editorial opinion that you settle for "interesting" and recognize that it is not a synonym for "entertaining."

I've got some other exceedingly interesting pieces up my sleeve, like a proposal that the Democratic Party organize a convention this year to debate and resolve a platform that would provide the confused electorate some idea of what the party stands for…a regretfully missing ingredient in the politics of the moment.

See you on the Blog!"

Ex:

"Some Say" Democrats stand for nothing but obstuction of George Bush's war on terror. Why should the public trusts Democrats who are perceived to be weak on terror issues??

3. Try and take the time to thank him now and the. Email him and say thanks.
It has to be hard for him to keep fighting when he sees how bad things have become and how much Americans have allowed the forces of evil to get away with.

Yes, Uncle Walter, we need to get the message boiled down and out there.

Thanks for reminding us. Thanks from being out there. We need your wise voice and gentle nudges.
