Okay, I had an idea
Since the reasons to go to war were fixed, and there is proof, why can't the Iraqi people sue the hell out of Bush and Rummy. The next time Rummy goes over there for a photo-op, why can't they arrest him for war crimes? Why can't we sue these idiots for wrongful death? Our children who thought they were going over there because of wmd's are dead because of a lie!!! 100,000 Iraqi people dead for a lie!!!! Do we have progressive lawyers who could handle this kind of case??? I am desperate!!!!

3.  Because right now
The legions(attorneys) of the Dark Side are stomping the attorneys of conscience for The Force. There have been movements in several countries to arrest Bush and/or Rumsfeld for war crimes. At the last minute, their governments won't stand behind them.
In this country, Chenney's lawyers just prevailed over the Sierra Club and, who else was it? Citizen Justice? The lawsuit was to force him to reveal what happened in those secret energy plan meetings with energy company execs. The court said we don't have a right to know.
"Frivolous lawsuits", Class Action lawsuits, you name it, and every remedy that ordinary people have is under attack.
Sad to say, it's going to take something really, really bad to happen before the nation as a whole sees these jackals unmasked.
