All the fanatics are pissing in their pants over the ruling a judge made in Nebraska. He ruled that the state amendment was unconstitutional because it dicrminated against gays. This is the correct ruling, but why bring back a charge that's been around since the seventees. Judicial Activism is a joke and if anyone was being an activist it was the judge who allowed United to write off all their pensions. Now that is a crime. Homosexuality is the new abortion to these people. An in your face topic that can affect a lot of people. This judge did everthing right and threw out the whole amendment. He can't cherry pick and keep what is constitutional, because then he would be making a law. Republicans need to start going back to school or something. The religion is messing with their heads.
