The New Image

I keep hearing about a "new" Democratic image. Be more moderate. Show the "values" stidgets we "care". Forget all of that.

We need to stand up and say "WE'RE DEMOCRATS"

We need to stand up for LIBERAL values and forget trying to appease and compromise. What have we won for the past twelve years when we've tried to "expand our base" by including the values crowd?

WE HAVE LOST ELECTIONS (not counting those stolen!)

Until we find a backbone...PRIDE in our stance and then MAKE A STAND, we will be stuck in our current political position for a VERY. LONG. TIME.

Say it loud; say it PROUD: I AM A LIBERAL DEMOCRAT! Don't let the Repukes form the issue or make you ashamed of your proud LIBERAL heritage!

The Repukes are leading the sheeple because even if they disagree with them, they know which way the Repukes are going. We should let them know there's A BETTER WAY.

Appeasement never won a war and WE ARE IN A WAR!

I never recall any republican president since Nixon talking about religion - and we seemed to do just fine.

Nixon opened the door to talks with our enemies, created the EPA, instituted wage and price controls...and had the good sense to keep religion out of politics.

every single Democrat in a position of power to stand up and speak out as Mr. Galloway did today in the Senate. I want to hear them loud and clear, I want fear to strike the hearts of republican scum. I want Democrats to say the word "lies" and talk about 1600 dead soldiers because of greed.

No. No moderation, no kindness. We are right, we know the truth and we can't be afraid to say so.

We have three that see it and breathe it. That's how it starts. You get the fire and spread it.

LIBERAL. Spell it in ALL CAPS so people KNOW you're proud! I'm tired of the press saying "the L word" as if it's a bad thing.

We have to STAND to fight, so let's STAND!!!

and don't be afraid to tell people that most of the PROGRESS made in this country, the things that have made it strong and free have happened under a Liberal, a Democrat.

Be PROUD to tell the TRUTH and EXPOSE LIES! Galloway's statement today says what should've been said by Democrats in Congress LONG ago and has only been said by precious few - Conyers, Slaughter, Waxman, Boxer, Byrd :loveya:, Kennedy, sometimes Kerry...

I AM A LIBERAL DEMOCRAT!!! If people can't handle that then screw them!
