CuckooBananas orchestrated nuclear option?

This is what we know.

1. NeoNazis have Congress and Executive branches firmly in control (except for Senate fillibuster).
   
2. NeoNazis desire control of activist judiciary (newspeak for any judge who rules against neonazis).
   
3. CuckooBananas sends nominations for ten judges which were already turned down by the Democrats, knowing that Dems will vociferously oppose.
   
4. Senate Repug leadership uses Dem opposition as justification for radical rule change which will enervate minority party.
   
5. Senate Repug leadership changes rules for fillibuster on judicial appointments.
   

Connecting the dots I see no other way to interpret this except that this whole fillibuster business is nothing but a WH ploy to enervate all opposition, siezing total power once and for all.

Furthermore, I would now bet my bottom dollar that the Senate Repugs will not stop at the judicial fillibuster. This is just a test case. The real intent is to kill all fillibusters, turning the U.S. Senate into a rubberstamp body, just like the House of Representatives. Then, with their newly radical judiciary, especially with a new ideologue or two sitting on SCOTUS, the radical takeover of the government will be complete. Then, the really scary stuff will start happening.

I don't know how else to interpret it.

is to put extremist judges in a position to move up to the Supreme Court. Once it's adequately stacked, yes, we're fucked for a generation. But, the polls stink for these fuckers, and we're looking good for '06, barring vote theft! Hint!
